HaYoung Jung is a Licensed Professional Counselor and provisionally Registered Art Therapist at Mosaic Wholeness Center, specializing in the care of children and adolescents. She comes to Mosaic from Streamwood Behavioral Hospital, where she served as Clinical Coordinator for the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, work that placed her alongside young people and families in some of their hardest moments. She brings that same steadiness, warmth, and clinical depth to every client she sees.

그녀의 작동 방식
Abby’s approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that children heal best when the adults around them are part of the process. She works closely with parents and, when helpful, with schools, so that progress in the therapy room carries into everyday life. Her dual training in counseling and art therapy gives her a rich set of tools for clients who do not yet have words for what they are feeling; sometimes, a drawing can say what a conversation cannot. Underneath the creativity is rigorous clinical care, including careful assessment, thoughtful treatment planning, and experience supporting young people through serious emotional crises.
이 작업은 왜
Abby’s faith is the foundation of her calling. She believes every person is created in the image of God and deserves to be met with dignity, compassion, and grace. For her, therapy is a way of walking alongside young people and their families as they pursue healing and wholeness, creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. When it serves a client’s goals and reflects the family’s wishes, she thoughtfully integrates biblical principles into the counseling process.
