Yes. We provide services in  English, Spanish, and Korean. Our clinicians are equipped to serve multicultural and immigrant communities with deep empathy and understanding.

We currently accept several insurance plans, including BCBS IL PPO, Aetna, Optum/United Healthcare, and Medicare. We also offer affordable self-pay options and custom Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) for small businesses. 

Yes. At Mosaic Wholeness Center, we believe that quality care should be accessible and affordable. We offer reduced-rate or sliding scale spots for clients experiencing financial hardship. These are based on availability and income. We also recommend exploring insurance benefits or our EAP programs for affordable care.

Absolutely. We regularly receive referrals from pastors, doctors, employers, and family members. Reach out to us, and we’ll take care of the next steps with professionalism and compassion.

Yes. Our team provides workshops on marriage enrichment, emotional resilience, leadership development, trauma recovery, and culturally sensitive care. We also speak at churches, conferences, and business gatherings.

At Mosaic Wholeness Center, we aim to make your first counseling experience welcoming, clear, and meaningful. Before your session, you’ll receive a secure link to our client portal, where you can complete brief pre-session paperwork at your convenience.

During your first appointment, your counselor will:

  • Review informed consent, confidentiality, and our practice policies

  • Ask about your hopes, goals, and reasons for seeking counseling

  • Begin gathering your story, history, and key information to better understand your needs

  • Create a safe and collaborative space where you can ask questions and express concerns

We welcome your curiosity. You’re encouraged to ask any questions before, during, or after the session so you can feel confident and supported as you begin this journey.

At Mosaic Wholeness Center, clients typically cover the cost of counseling in one of two ways: Insurance or Self-Pay.

Insurance Clients

We currently accept the following insurance plans:

  • Aetna PPO

  • BlueCross BlueShield PPO

  • Medicare

  • UnitedHealthcare PPO

We’re continually working to expand the insurance plans we accept. If you’d like to verify your benefits:

  • Call us directly — we’re happy to help.

  • Or call your insurance provider using the member number on your insurance card.

Self-Pay Clients

Self-pay is a flexible option that many clients choose, especially when:

  • Seeking greater privacy

  • Wishing to avoid insurance limitations

  • Working with a clinician not in-network with their plan

  • Credit or Debit Card
