Meet the Founder
Dr. Luis San Roman is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), couples therapist, and founder of Mosaic Wholeness Center, bringing more than a decade of experience and over 15,000 counseling sessions to individuals, couples, and families across Rolling Meadows, the Northwest Suburbs, and Chicagoland.
Dr. San Roman believes therapy should be both clinically excellent and deeply personal. His approach integrates evidence-based practice, trauma-informed care, and Christian values to create a space where every client feels seen and supported in the fullness of their story: emotionally, relationally, culturally, and spiritually.
He has a particular heart for bilingual, bicultural, and church-connected communities that deserve care that truly reflects both their faith and their lived experience. That conviction is what MWC was built on.
