Step 1 — Free consultation: A brief, no-pressure call to understand what you’re experiencing, answer your questions, and confirm we’re a good fit.
Step 2 — Intake & goal-setting: Your first full session is about your story — what’s brought you here, what matters most to you, and what a meaningful outcome looks like in your life.
Step 3 — Ongoing sessions: Regular 50-minute sessions where we go deeper — working through patterns, building tools, and making progress at a pace that’s right for you.
Step 4 — Real-world integration: The work doesn’t stay in the room. We focus on helping insights translate into actual changes in how you feel, relate, and move through daily life.
Clinical Excellence — Evidence-based methods
Our therapists draw from approaches with strong research support, tailored to your goals — not a one-size approach.
Whole-Person Care — Faith-integrated, if desired
For clients who desire it, we thoughtfully weave spiritual reflection and faith-based perspectives into the counseling process. We proudly serve individuals and families throughout Rolling Meadows and the Greater Chicago Area.
Cultural Sensitivity — Your identity matters here
We recognize that culture, background, and identity are not side details — they shape the very texture of your emotional experience.
Therapeutic methods we draw from: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) · Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) · Trauma-informed care · Family systems approaches · Solution-focused therapy
Do I need to be in crisis to start individual counseling?
Not at all. Most clients at Mosaic Wholeness Center begin because they want clarity, healthier relationships, or personal growth — not because something catastrophic has happened. If something feels off, that’s reason enough.
How long does individual therapy last?
It depends on your goals and circumstances. Many clients find meaningful progress in 8–12 sessions. Others choose longer-term work. We’ll discuss this together and revisit it as your needs evolve.
Do you offer faith-based counseling in Rolling Meadows?
Yes. For clients who want it, spiritual reflection and faith-based perspectives can be thoughtfully integrated into the work. A secular approach is equally available and respected.
What if I’m not sure counseling is right for me?
That’s exactly what the free consultation is for. It’s a no-pressure conversation to hear what you’re going through and help you decide if moving forward feels right.
Do you work with professionals dealing with burnout?
Yes. We regularly work with leaders, executives, and professionals navigating high-stress roles, career transitions, and the particular pressures of demanding work in the Chicago area.
At Mosaic Wholeness Center, we believe that the best care honors the whole person: mind, heart, soul, and story. That’s why our approach is grounded in what we call the 3 C’s. Christ-Centered Care, Clinical Excellence, and Cultural Sensitivity.
Serving the Chicagoland area and the Northwest Suburbs of Illinois, we provide individual, couples, and family counseling that integrates faith-informed care with evidence-based practices, always in a way that respects your cultural background and unique identity.
