Meet the Founder
Dr. Luis San Roman is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with over a decade of experience providing professional counseling to individuals, couples, and families in Rolling Meadows, the Northwest Suburbs, and throughout Chicagoland. Over the course of his career, he has conducted more than 15,000 counseling sessions, supporting clients through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, leadership pressures, and life transitions.
Dr. San Roman’s work is shaped by a deep belief that therapy should be both clinically excellent and profoundly human. His approach integrates evidence-based therapy, Christian values, and trauma-informed care to ensure that every client is seen, respected, and supported in the context of their full story—emotionally, relationally, culturally, and spiritually.
He is particularly passionate about increasing access to counseling for bilingual, bicultural, and church-connected communities who may not always find care that reflects both their faith and lived experience.
